S.D.G. & Cornwall Shrine Club Ball Drop Donation 2008
The S.D.G. & Cornwall Shrine Club held its 4th Annual Ball Drop on Wednesday, August 13th at Summerheights Golf Links in conjunction with the Summerheights Cornwall Community Hospital Fund Raising Tournament. 400 balls were sold providing a cash prize of $6,000.00 dollars for the holder of winning ball #839 Carol Ann Campbell. For the first time in the 4 year running of the ball drop this single ball found its way into the regulation size golf cup hole. $6,000.00 dollars also goes to each, Karnak Shriners and Cornwall Community Hospital.
